Cancellation within 24 Hours of the Scheduled Trip

If you cancel your ride at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip, you will receive a full refund of any payments made.

Cancellation Less Than 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Trip

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled trip will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the full price paid. This helps cover the costs of reserved resources and scheduling adjustments.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to cancel and do not show up for your scheduled trip, the full fare will be charged.
